Our innovative behavior change solution includes team and individual contests, team coaching, targeted evidence-based learning content, and customizable incentives for over 20 HealthiActions, which are the ‘building blocks’ towards better health outcomes.

Co-Learning

We value continual learning and experimentation, both among participants and as a startup focused on solving complex health and behavioral challenges. During and between team sessions, participants share their progress and challenges and learn from eachother. We learn from participants how to meet them where they are, engage them and continuously improve our solution.

Evidence-Based Outcomes

We value good data and evidence-based outcomes. We require baseline data for every behavioral or biometric goal set and provide strong accountability mechanisms for behavior change. This data-driven approach separates us from the herd of wellness solutions on the market, and enables us to do more substantive experimentation and engagement.

Commitment & Accountability

Wellness journeys are unique and personal for each individual. We personalize the experience to increase buy-in and ownership, while also providing strong accountability and creating new norms through team contests, team learning and more.

Our Beginnings

The original concept for Healthiby comes from a physician’s frustrations with preventable chronic conditions. Considering nearly half of the U.S. population will have at least one preventable chronic condition by 2025, the health and social problems associated with chronic conditions are increasing, and many of the current prevention and management approaches are insufficient for achieving meaningful, measurable health outcomes.

Founded in 2018 with the belief that financial benefits should align with health benefits, Healthiby set out to create a solution that rewards health and wellness, together.
